They need to get as many pictures as possible of the protestors and find out who they are. They can then check for anything illegal to lock their asses up and get them fired (if they work).

When the lady got shot, the big thing was "they had her plate, they should have just followed her or found her at her home and arrested her instead of shooting her on the spot". So now it seems that's exactly what ICE is doing, and now that is also wrong somehow.

Install cell jammers in every neighborhood. Put letters on all neighbors doors to let them know whose fault it is they won't have signal for 30 days.
