So, to combat ICE agents doing their legal job in arresting illegal immigrants, he wants to arrest US citizens for legally doing their job?

Which ones are the fascists again?

Is it your position that Minnesota law enforcement would somehow be precluded from arresting a person who broke Minnesota law, just because that person happened to work for ICE?

In that clip, he REPEATEDLY spoke in the context of what might happen IF the agents violate Minnesota law.

Do you grasp the difference?

Here’s betting that this Frey guy is arse deep in the Somali fraud. Just guessing but a damn good guess. If So and I were him I’d chill a little or I (he) might end up in handcuffs. What then?

Can we give Minnesota to Canada and take Alberta or whichever one was saying they wanted to join the US?

Which laws specifically? Do you grasp how that wouldn't change my statement depending on the answer? Since he didn't specify, one would have to assume he means all Minnesota laws, which would mean he would be trying to arrest US citizens for legally doing their job.

Which law are we talking about?

And I am pretty sure that when the National Guard escorted black students into white schools, black students were forbidden from being there by the Alabama state constitution of 1901.

Frey will be arrested before MN arrest an ICE agent.

So the MN officials don't seem to be screaming that the fraud is all a big conspiracy theory.

Instead, their line in the sand is: "ICE needs to get the F out of there."

Maybe I missed the part where they said the fraud accusations are incorrect?

I think instead, Walz called that Nick Shirley dude a white supremacist.

And that hypothetical provision of the Alabama constitution would probably have been in violation of the US Constitution. All of which would be addressed in the eventual legal proceedings.

But that is irrelevant to the question of whether a State has grounds to initially ARREST a federal employee for breaking state law.

Is it your position that MN has official jurisdiction to do so to an ICE agent in their official duties?

Jeez. I thought you were a f'n attorney? You had no clue PA vs Mimms was a thing in the dyke getting blasted for thread and you are now saying MN can arrest Federal agents performing their lawful duties??
