Anyone remember the retarded service member who set himself on fire for Palestine?

I can't remember a death more pointless and forgotten about. Dude thought he was going to start a movement but all he did was start a five minute conversation before people moved on to the next topic of conversation.

Maybe he was hoping to get put on a Rage Against the Machine album cover?

I have no recollection of it.

That fella obviously had some deeper mental issues going on than simply offing himself in hopes of starting a movement but yeah, to the extent he’d convinced himself he’d make some profound lasting mark on the public conscience…..not so much and society moved on to other things pretty quickly.

I had forgotten about it until you mentioned it, and is still a pointless, hard death he experienced

Millions of people still remember the death of a gorilla in 2016 (RIP Harambe) while only a handful remember that guy’s death not me included.

and that other service member who wrote a manifesto and blew himself up in a rental Cybertruck…and just so happened to do it on the day another service member in a rental cyber truck went on a mass murder drive down Bourbon so he barely made the news

I dont remember it at all, and that's a good thing.

He worked for cybersecurity in the army. It’s staggering how effective this propaganda is that people believe it enough to commit suicide over it

I forgot about it, but at the time, that dude was lit!
