We just don’t know the name yet.

Two heisman winners in a decade & one of the best offensive minds in the game. Stacked defense.

I’m not worried, but I’m a little confused over the holdup — the only two teams left standing are starting QBs that will have exhausted their eligibility by season’s end.

I have a hunch someone new is going to enter the portal unexpectedly.

Let me put on my tin foil hat real quick — 4D chess move would be we have a big name lined up through an agent & are requesting quiet until most other big players on the board have made their moves. Only half joking.

Kiffin probably has a plan to turn one of the 7,000 WR's coming in into a QB

These wide receivers aren’t committing without knowing the plan. Trust the process.

Biggest tell. If it were just one or two juco guys maybe not — but the amount of quality WRs we have signed tells me they know a name that we don’t.

I really wish more of y'all would watch the films of the less popular QBs, like Landen Clark. This guy is a diamond in the rough and comes without the prima donna drama. The QB that just entered the portal from USC looks very promising as well. Believe me, I'd love a surefire, big-name QB too, but it is far from the end of the world if we don't get one.

I like watching their highlights, it has just been quite the whirlwind of names to keep up with lol

That's a thought I have all the time when watching NFL games and seeing where these pro athletes played College ball. Not everyone went to UGA, Bama, LSU, OSU, etc

The right talent, work ethic, and coach makes the difference.

I’m convinced he could swing through Albertsons and find a Kurt Warner.
We’ll be fine with whoever comes along.

The difference between Lane and the previous staff is Lane is waiting for the perfect QB to run his system while BK would have just chased the highest rated recruit out there.

I like the guy from Utah and the kid from So Cal.

IMO, they would be good guys to come in and compete until Pop Houston gets to town and is ready.

BK would have given Leavitt his bag, probably thrown another bag at Cam, hired some retread OC he'd coached with before, considered his offensive woes cured, and headed to the beach for a much-needed vacation after putting in 4.5 days of work

Exactly! Look at Josh Allen... Wyoming. Over half the rant would be having a heart attack if a transfer from Wyoming was starting for us.

The biggest named quarterbacks and five star quarterbacks from high school should be lining up to go to LSU. Two Heisman quarterbacks in the last six years and Lane as coach. He develops the undeveloped.

I'll trust Kiffin's evaluation of a QB over some newbie on Tigerdroppings, especially someone that doesn't even write well.
