If tweet fails to load, click here. But all that can change if SCOTUS rules against Trump having authority to unilaterally place tariffs on countries

It's almost like he knows what he's doing.

Ain’t it crazy how a billionaire businessman does better with the economy than career grifting politicians?

Given those numbers, he could BURY any Congressman that refused to codify the tariffs with legislation.

It truly is; I can't believe all these ChatGPT Economics majors who post on here about him destroying things weren't correct. I've lost all faith now. I was told he's selling us out, but we are improving. Up is down, left is right.

This is what I don't understand. IEEPA was never a good justification. Even this Supreme Court is probably going to nuke these tariffs.
Why wasn't there a legislative push from the Administration on Day 1 of Trump 2.0?

We'll see what happens. The corrupt Political Establishment can't have an outsider succeed, because then even some of the dummies might start to wake up and figure out what America's #1 problem has been for a long, long time.
Despite the success, how many posters here will be ecstatic if USSC rules against President Trump?
PS - The key to the Supreme Court vote will be Roberts and AOC. We know Roberts is compromised. ACB has been a disappointment, and I still remember that look she gave Trump at the SOTU address.

POTUS Trump has other immediate plans for tariffs if the SCOTUS rules against him. POTUS Trump knows exactly what he is doing.

Well, it's not an all or nothing proposition.
They could approve 80% of the tariff mechanism and strike down 20%, for example.

If both sides would just get out the way and let Trump cook for 4 years, the economy would be fricking gangbusters.

I've heard that he has a contingency plan.

Are you serious?
Go look at what Congress has accomplished in the first year of the past five presidents... the difference between Trump and **every** other president is quite stark.

So, don't TRY? Other than the Big Beautiful Bill, has the Administration tried to push ANY legislation?
Trump is at an all time high. The tariffs are working. Why not use that capital to get legislative reforms?
