I used to like Rand Paul, but it has been 100% obvious to me for sometime now that he is incredibly jealous of President Trump.
They both ran for President in 2016. Paul was considered a political maverick, and Trump was a complete outsider. I'm sure Paul thought it should've been he who captured the fancy of the electorate, but of course it was Trump who blew up.
