Landen Clark (Elon QB) is just as good if not better than Sorsby

Maybe I am not seeing what you all are seeing, but that boy is just as good if not better than Sorsby. I would be more than happy to have him. I say you take Leavitt, get the Clark kid, and one more from division 2 or if Chambliss gets in then so be it. Leavitt will not be ready in the spring. You tell Clark to hang tough, and after this year he could be starting. If Chambliss comes then he is the man, if not you have Clark until Leavitt heals.

Yeah I think Clark could end up being a huge steal and blow up once on a bigger stage. He looks to have all of the tools.

He could be, but one is a 6’3” junior and has thrown for over 7k yards in FBS and the other is a 6’ freshman who threw for 2300 yds in FCS.
Makes sense that Clark is a guy that comes in as a backup knowing that he is an injury away from starting, and assuming he is the real deal, takes the keys in 2027 when Pop Houston is a true freshman.

So the 2nd highest rated QB in the portal with a grade of 98 and 5 stars is not quite as good as the 71st highest rated portal qb with a transfer grade of 85 and 3 stars?
I get Kiffen caught lighting in a bottle with Chambliss. But Landon Clark would just be a depth QB at LSU.
