Rose bowl isn't great but beautiful scenery and setting.
Super dome is a dump of a stadium in a dump of a town.

Plus the Superdome is in the heart of the nightlife section of town. It mogs sleepy Pasadena and all these suburban pro stadiums for gameday experience

Also, isn’t the Rose Bowl kind of in a remote area and a pain in the arse to get to? The Superdome is a 10 minute walk to hotels, bars, and restaurants.

It’s pretty nice. It’s not as great as sofi or MB in atlanta but it’s very far from a dump. Definitely in the top 3rd for NFL stadiums.

the Louisiana SuperDome is an iconic venue and is perfectly located with easy walking access for people attending.
it should always be in the 4-year rotation for a Super Bowl.

The seating is still a mile from the field and the play by play announcer is nothing a but a constant echo like it always has been. Now compare it to the new domed stadiums

It’s old but they’ve done a decent job keeping it up. Nola just flat out knows how to host a bug game like this and the superdomes location is makes it a really fun experience.
