Washing money through daycares has to be one of the dumbest ideas ever. The amount of ongoing oversight , regulations, and documentation is going to make it very easy to uncover fraud.

TSA needs to be told to fully check all somalis luggage getting on a plane. Any found with bags of cash get sent to the new popup IRS room. Time to have irs agents do what they are supposed to.

It obviously isn't a bad way to do it, if it's been going on for so many years with no repercussions when able to stay under the twitter radar.
Sounds like you need to pay off the local/state govt officials so you don't have to worry about a kid scratching another, cause you don't need to have any in your place if your payoffs are more.

It’s obvious this scheme goes up to the top in Minnesota. There’s no way that much amount of money gets washed if the people in power are not in on it over that many years. But now that the gig is up, it’s going to be easy to determine exactly what happen. At least Obama and Pelosi were smart enough to wash their money via NGO’s where it’s tougher to track and there’s literally no paper trail in some instances.
