State Rep. Paula Davis is resigning from the House next month, the Baton Rouge Republican announced Tuesday night.
Davis didn’t give an explanation for her move in a letter to House Speaker.
I never could understand why the mostly conservative voters in her district voted for this woman in the first place other, than she was an attractive woman. She has always supported high taxes and bad government.
Not a fan - just saying.
Anyone know why she quitting?

Was she part of the Nazi village you've talked about in the past?

There’s always a reason. People don’t give up power for nothing in return.
Also, her husband is the President of Good Day Farms - one of two legal weed growers in the state. Hmmm

If i remember correctly she ran against Ryan Heck. I think Heck was caught up (allegedly) in the Ashley Madison fiasco at the time.

Half of tigerdroppings think it's ok for women to be pedophiles as long as she is attractive.

Interesting...
Her husband has a weed business.
Did she vote against vapes and kratom? How about raising taxes on cigarettes?

You either love him or you do not vote for him.

She was part of the fraud squad (Republicans who bent over backwards to work with JBE).
Not conservative at all
When the new group of House members came in, the old fraud squad crew got kicked to the curb. She reportedly did not enjoy being out of leadership and no longer relevant. She was going to be term limited in two years anyway

Google "Good Day Farms Legislation". Her husband, John Davis, is one of the owners. They basically have a monopoly on the medical marijuana industry in Louisiana.
