History will record, Democrates/Somalies destroyed American support for welfare

After seeing the blatant stealing promoted by state and local democrats, I will not support any tax dollars, federal, state or local given to any welfare program that has a history of grifting. I will continue to support the church and donate directly organizations with an honest purpose.
Our elected politicians need to openly discuss the loss of public support.

Our original welfare system was designed for a high trust society.
There was common trust in the idea that no one actually wanted to be on welfare that it was a temporary patch until they could get back on their feet again.
We no longer have a high trust society and that is what is going to kill welfare.

If the nation is destroyed over welfare, it’s because that’s the intent of Democrat policies.
Crash the system so socialism/communism with a planned economy can be brought in to replace it.

so why did you support ANY AT ALL to begin with? Why don't you want your tax dollars going to things that don't benefit the lazy?

What needs to be discussed and seriously changed is screening for folks on public assistance.
Also, welfare and food stamps need job training programs with strict guidelines for eligibility, along with qualified case managers that actually have legitimate resources and tools to "help" folks.
One one extreme, there are folks that fall on hard times and need help. The other other extreme are folks that have been on welfare/EBT for generations.
They should be drug tested.
They should not ne able to have children if they can't provide for them.
And the ones refusing to adhere to strict guidelines should be removed from society.
A great start would be to get illegals off of public assistance they have not contributed towards.
I've paid taxes for 35 years. If one day I need public assistance, I should not be looked upon same as some illegal piece of shite that has contributed zero.
Until we the people vote for better congressional representation, nothing will change.
