I wanted to see Reddits response to this story.
To sum up they say the YouTuber went to these buildings during Christmas break when they are closed and that on a typical workday these buildings would be full of kids.
These buildings are mostly empty and don't even have the equipment to be a daycare, but I didn’t expect Reddit to admit Somali fraud.
