$30,000,000 rumored revenue share/NIL warchest to pay up to 105 scholarship players.

Starting lineup budget:

QB: $4,000,000 (Portal)
RB: $2,000,000 (Lacy or Berry?)
TE: $1,500,000 (Green)
WR1: $1,000,000 (Portal)
WR2: $750,000 (Portal)
WR3: $600,000 (Parker?)
LT: $750,000 (Portal)
LG: $500,000 (Portal)
C: $600,000 (Moore?)
RG: $500,000 (Portal)
RT: $700,000 (Portal)

DE: $1,250,000 (Portal)
DT: $750,000 (McKinley?)
DT: $700,000 (Portal)
DE: $1,000,000 (Reliford?)
OLB: $500,000 (Portal)
ILB: $500,000 (Wh. Weeks?)
ILB: $500,000 (Portal)
FS: $400,000 (Spears?)
SS: $500,000 (Cooley)
CB1: $1,250,000 (Pickett)
CB2: $600,000 (Portal)

K: $100,000 (Portal)
P: $100,000 (Chadwick)
LS: $50,000 (Hall or Ferguson)

Total: $21,100,000

This mock budget leaves $8,900,000 for the other 80 players, for an average of $111,250 per player. Numbers obviously subject to change depending on player availability and market resets.

Koby Young looked athletically better than the LSU’s DBs.

I always liked him out of Holy Cross

Lsu has Pj woodland for the second corner spot and Jackson came on strong after his injury for the 3rd corner spot

Lsu will need aleast 2 qbs in the portal even if Van stays.

I made basically this same post about a week ago

Nothing about what he’s done thus far screams “man if only we had Gabe Reliford”. I want the kid to be good, but geez.

Also, him potentially getting twice what Whit gets is madness (and yes I see the question mark, it’s still crazy).

I believe us depending on Reliford just demonstrates how our recruiting has fell off. About 10 years ago we would never be depending on him like this. Great depth piece yes but starter praise I don’t see it. The LSU brand definitely has fallen off and that’s why the administration is sacrificing so much money in kiffin. We need real big time dudes not glorified backups. Again not knocking Gabe go prove me wrong and I would gladly apologize

That's why it's a mock budget. Feel free to correct what you think is wrong

They're in the almost 9 million dollars allocated for the non-starting lineup.

$600,000 for Parker would be a good deal. He’s probably the best receiver in the country.

This is really silly. You and nobody else on here know the valuations other than some rare public numbers thrown out. It's what LSU and Lane value the position/player at. We don't know what the NIL budget is either. It has been rumored 40 million too so Lane can get started here which is a big reason he took the job. He even said LSU's offer on roster budget is the biggest reason he took the job. With all the players leaving it's definitely believable because their money is just getting pooled back in.

Green is not a tight end. Doesn’t block there and every snap we waste him in there protecting when he could be a threat at receiver is criminal.

This should be so obvious at this point
