Is there any government program not being scammed by Somalies?

Yes, the DHS has a “program” called If you see something say something. So far there is no record of a Somali scamming this program.

Just the sheer size and audacity of the thievery is bad enough but, the lack of just basic oversight by state and federal bureaucrats that allowed it to happen is just stunning. Was everybody just on a perpetual coffee break for FS

Let me put a extra one or two squares on a rook estimate for fema relief and watch the weight of government come down on me

Got news for you. It's not just Somalis. Look at Afghanis, Ukrainian, all the Africans, Pakis, South and Central America, even a large portion of your fellow Americans. Every system needs an audit with real penalties for fraud.
