For us East Coast Tiger fans, this game will end about 12:45 am. I could see a 9:15 start time for a West Coast bowl game, but not for a game played in Houston. Horrible time slot.

I frickin love it.... allows me to leave my house day of, drive the 4 hours and still have plenty of time to tailgate before the game. Didn't need 2 nights in a hotel

I mean, I’m going to watch, but I really don’t care much about this game at all. With all of the sit outs and portal transfers and interim lame duck head coach, I’m not sure how much of the team (except for a few skills & defensive pieces) we see tonight will even be on the field next year.

It’s a glorified scrimmage. Final result is meaningless. Watch, when you’ve had enough got to bed. Really no reason to even check score Sunday morning

Just get up in the AM, grab a coffee and look at the score. If LSU wins, find the full game and enjoy. If they don't.... grab another coffee and read Tigerdroppings.

Back in the 50's and 60's, 8:00 PM was the regular kickoff time for home games.

Crappy bowl game in a crappy time slot going up against a decent NFL game. Outside of Louisiana, no one will care or probably even know it’s played.
Coached by several coaches who won’t be here next year. Couple players playing who have already entered the portal and you know the last thing they want is an injury and will play as such.
I’ll have it on for background noise til I I get sleepy, but to actually pretend to halfway care about it makes no sense. It’s an exhibition at best.
