Does anyone here actually see Wemby as a Top 10 player in the NBA yet? Could he win an MVP one day?

I do, but I’m not as tuned in as I used to be.

Spurs have a well constructed team. Wemby is able to open up game for others too, he draws lots of doubles.

3rd game and Spurs are the better team. Will OKC make any bench moves before deadline? Or adjust game plan? Long season but they are a problem for the league

This one is surprising for me. If GSW can get a big, they could compete too. I still think OKC is the best overall, but there’s competition. OKC’s window is wide open, whereas, the window for my Pacers has slammed shut, which is why last year hurt so much.

Only thing I disagree with - GS is donezo

OKC is definitely the best and still the favorite

It's weird. OKC is the clear best team in the league. Except for when they play the Spurs.

TBird's Spurs look good. Wemby will get all the praise and rightfully so but their guard rotation is pretty nasty.

The reality is that the thunder were being grossly overrated this season. They had played the easiest schedule in the history of the NBA until just recently and now they're starting to lose.

They were also pretty mediocre in the playoffs last season despite their regular season record. They got taken to 7 by the worst Nuggets team in at least 3 years that was down to only 4 healthy players by the end of the series and had also just fired their coach. Then the Hali thing in the finals.

They're probably the best team this season, but the greatest team of all time stuff was always a joke.

OKC played like a bunch of assholes in all 3 games too. Dort intentionally trying to injure wemby today, dudes kicking feet out to the side on 3s. Truly dirty brand of basketball they play.

I think the jury is still out on how good of a coach Daigs is. He gave away a couple of games in the last playoffs with head scratching decisions down the stretch.

Spurs' are going to be a force to be reckoned with a few years once they truly arrive (next year I think).

Every coach is bad in a game or two. Easiest thing is to blame everyone when a team loses.

Sometimes players just don’t make shots. Not going to overreact to it. Spurs are better than OKC right now but its Dec.

In this game OKC won every metric except shooting. You can’t go 11-44 from 3 and win. Coach can’t make shots on the bench.

OKC had more:
Shots
Rebounds
Assists
Steals
Blocks
Less turnovers

SAS is just shooting great right now and OKC will need to figure out how to defend better. Part of defense is making shots which allows you to get set on D. When you miss so many shots it allows the other team to fast break and stats show that to be true. If you take 29 vice 44 - and turn those into 40% makes at 2 - thats 12 points. But it also changes the game.

I do love the overreactions though.

And someone said SA will be here next year or two. They are here now.
