How much are plant operators at the LNG plants making per hour?

Was reading an article about the economic impact of the LNG plants in Louisiana and they mentioned how they were plucking all the operators from the surrounding plants and how their pay was better than engineers at those plants (I'm guessing because OT)
Anyone on here got an idea or ballpark number?

Google says a large lng plant can make several million tons per annum so I guess divide that into hours then divide that by the number of operators and that's about how much each operator makes per hour

Hourly rate
+ 1.5 times rate overtime after 8 hours each day
+ gift card/extra pay for side “contract replacement” work
+ full pension after 15 years

Heard top board pay was like $65/hr.

I was offered a maintenance position for $50/hr. I'm sure the operators make around the same thing.

The operator pay at just about every plant is significantly higher than the engineers.
They aren't sitting here with me in this control room at 9pm on Christmas eve either.

I’ve heard Venture starts off around $60 an hour and you can move up past $75 an hour quickly.
