Did LSU women even recruit her?

Signed with South Carolina from the French pro team, and she's a 6-7 monster who dunks. She starts with SC next semester.

Was LSU after her?

She's an early enrollee that just signed during the fall signing day. That's the real story. She just signed and will join the team for this year, starting just after the Christmas holiday. I'm alright with kids signing early, but I don't think they should be contributing on spring sport teams the year they signed. That's pinaccle frickery of the signing day/portal date timeline that the NCAA has going on right now.

Does she use a year of eligibility by doing this?

She grew 3 inches in a month. Lol. I always got a kick out of exaggerating measurables.

Her highlight tape looks legit. Very tall, very athletic, great fundamentals. Will be a tough matchup for us.

Check out her highlight tape. She looks about 6-7 to me.

We've more than likely focused more on Sara Okeke, than this young lady. Besides, Okeke worked her over in the FIBA tournament............

She may be. Just wondering why a lot of other articles have her listed at 6'4".

Good luck to her on staying on the court. She is thin as a rail in her legs and arms. Be interesting to see how many injuries she has during her career in the SEC.

On a fast break she can easily dunk. She’s not driving the lane and throwing it down on someone.

I think we need to not be so enamored with women who can dunk. Nowadays, there are MANY ladies that can dunk. But think about how many times you've acutally seen them do it in games. It's VERY rare. Toby Fournier has a ton of dunking videos from high school, and there were a ton of uninformed "fans" who declared she was going to dominate women's basketball. How many dunks did she have against LSU earlier this month.....................................................? Zero.

Okeke would be the top prized big in the 2026 class. Great feet and hands. Can go to either side. She would handle any center in the country.

Imagine pairing her with Knox, Koval, and Zakiyah/Lampley or another big from the portal.

We need to land Okeke! With Tournebize going to USC. Okeke should be deciding between LSU and UCONN over Tenn I would think.

LSU makes the most sense but we were late to the party. We may have to find some gems from the portal.
