Sterling Lucas - DL
Lou Spanos - Asst DL/Pass Rush specialist
Kevin Peoples - Edge Rushers Coach

Does this seems a bit weird to anyone else?

I mean, I don't think it's a bad thing...

I want as much focus on both lines as possible. That's where you win and lose.

Oh no, too much coaching & development for Lamar Brown and Richard Anderson

It's the NFL model.

It’s absolutely weird and you’re absolutely right to be questioning it. We have about five times more coaches than we really need. You don’t see Bama rolling out coaches like this.

Isnt there an 11 on-field coach limit?

Phew. This board wasted absolutely no time questioning our new elite staff. Gotta pump those numbers up!

With the potential of the recruiting class we just signed we should be focused on making the defensive line the strength of this team for the next 3 years

I'm saying its new to me to have 3 coaches for 1 position group.

Might as well have a free safety coach, strong safety coach, middle linebackers coach, outside linebackers coach, left tackle coach, right tackle coach, Guard coach, Center coach...

We’ve had such a problem with turnover in recent years that they’re bombarding the D-Line with coaches. If one leaves, there’s two others who can take over.

Seems reasonable.

We should have 4-5 Oline coaches to make sure they get that right for a change

You can have as many on field coaches as you want now. Only 11 can recruit off campus though.

Pretty sure that rule change is only a couple years old.

It has been like this for years. Only difference is Kiffin gives them a position name instead of just calling them an analyst. Which makes sense now that we can have as many on field coaches as we want.

how stupid do you have to be to MELT about having more good coaches.

Some of you guys are pitiful and pathetic.

I think it’s weirder that we have two wide receiver coaches.
