Hope he leaves the SEC…Texas fricked up massively imo. One of the best defensive groups out there for a guy who’s been on auto pilot for half a decade….

Yeah there has to be something behind the scenes. At this point in their careers it feels like Muschamp is a downgrade to PK. On field performance for Texas D was def not a problem lol.

And 21 4th quarter points to Vandy
Last year the defense was great but for the talent we had on defense, these results were underwhelming this year.
Muschamp was Sarks first choice for DC when he was hired, Will wanted to spend time with his family at that point. Then last month Will said he was ready to coach again and it was good timing because Pete wants to get back out West. Sark did his buddy a favor by "firing" him, he gets his full payout and everyone wins.

Sounds like Kwiatkowski really wants to go back to the west coast and Texas let him go when the opportunity to hire Muschamp appeared.
My guess is USC or is hoping that Fisch goes from Washington to Michigan and he can DC at Washington after all the dust settles. Sounds like he has no interest in being a HC.

I think you need to understand what is going on. Pete K wasn't fired because he sucked. In fact, he kept that team in a lot of games. He held OSU to 14 points. He beat my Ags.
But make no mistake. This is a long play to get rid of Sark. Muschamp will ultimately be the interim HC.
Bookmark it. Those mullets can't have OU and A&M make the playoffs and they sit on the sofa watching.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious the Sarkesian rumors he is pissed at Texas admin is true. He's torpedoing them on his way out to show it's his way or no way. I'd be worried if I was Texas fans. Better get that alcoholic power trip guy under control. I saw Sarkesian meltdown on a security guard last year for simply doing his job and telling his team to hold up out the tunnel. Was a clown show by him.
