Not with linebackers. I mean it’s 100% just a reason to pay him more money. You don’t hire a person with the exact same titles as someone you already have. Especially when he only has 2 total years of experience at those positions.
I get it, he’s helping out his brother. But you don’t have to pretend it’s something that it’s not. I’d love to hear reasoning for how I’m wrong.

I would hope so. He’s only done it for two years before though. I’m more surprised they didn’t just make him DL coach since that’s where the majority of his experience is at and Baker coaches the linebackers. That alone should probably tell you isn’t isn’t as good of a coach as some are making him out to be.
