Trump EO declares America will return to the moon by 2028 & lunar outpost by 2030

JUST IN: President Trump signs executive order declaring America will return to the moon by 2028, establish parts of a LUNAR OUTPOST by 2030, and will prepare for a journey to MARS
Trump also wants to ensure America is ready to replace the ISS by 2030.
This is happening just after Jared Isaacman has been CONFIRMED as NASA Administrator.
Trump's order also lays out that America will surge missile defense systems, ensure the ability to detect and defend against threats coming from space, and more.
