In elementary school, we laughed at the kid who didn’t have cable or a color tv. Little did we know, his based dad was laughing at us too

My exceptionally bright future son-in-law graduated with honors from college with an MIS degree. He graduated from high school with a 4.23 average. He had a job in management. After two years he'd been passed over for promotion by multiple black men and a woman, all who were hired six to eight months after him. His internal reviews were great. He was always the first in the door and the last to leave, but his HR department promoted women and minorities, not whites. He finally had enough and quit. It took him almost a year before he could get a second interview. The bias and agenda is real.

I hate to hear that. Hopefully he is getting better than those bums now and feels vindicated knowing that the majority of people are behind him and finally getting tired of this shite

for someone who sounds so smart, quitting a job without a new one lined up makes me think he is not as smart as you think he is...

Results of the Divider in Chief using Alinsky's principles for 8 years.

Like I keep saying- we are in an asymmetric war, and losing.

This is a prime example.

This can potentially cripple us as a nation in the future (far and near)

ETA: war on terror, and it's execution, didn't help much and is a huge factor also

I can't remember the last time I have seen a man in an HR department. The gatekeepers of who gets an interview are liberal cat ladies and minorities.

I'm certain, as easy as academic achievement came to him, the thought that he would be not be able to secure work within a relatively short period of time didn't register with him. It's not the same world as it was during the first Trump administration where, if you weren't working, you weren't trying.

Youth is wasted on the young. He's a bit wiser to the world now.

My SIL had a similar experience. 8 years in the Navy as an air traffic controller, Earned a college degree along the way. Left the Navy and tried to find employment as a civilian air traffic controller. Was told he could not be hired because he was white

Yeah, he's shaken off any liberal leanings from college that he may have had and has a much better grasp on the current forces at play in our society.

And stupid, childless college whores who shun marriage. HR is also where a lot of those women's studies and African American studies degrees were going, especially as HR morphed into DEI/HR.

The DEI thread someone posted the other day was a chilling rundown of how DEI targeted and crushed young white males.

Saw it play out in the TV industry in real time

It got bad in 2014 after Mike Brown and Freddie Gray. Accelerated in 2020. I leveraged my secret recordings of struggle sessions at the final TV job I worked at to negotiate a higher severance package when I was let go and replaced by an H1B

Which is why I only go to white doctors, dentists, etc. I know they are the smartest ones and didn’t get a spot because of the color of their skin, sexual orientation, or nationality. DEI caused me to be this way.
