Stewart is one of my favorite actors of all time, and of all actors he's one of my favorite Americans of all time. He, Keanu and Sinise are three of the most genuinely great people to ever grace Hollywood with their presence.

I remember seeing Jane Fonda on Carson, talking about her dad's friendship with Stewart (Fonda was a staunch Democrat, Stewart was a staunch Republican). Carson asked what it was like having Stewart as an "Uncle", she said she's probably the only kid to get a visit from a drunk Jimmy Stewart in a Santa costume.

Did Jimmy act so much his stage voice became his real voice? I’ve seen multiple interviews of him and was so strange how he always sounded like he was on a broadway stage
