The number one indicator is that Democrat media is completely ignoring the case. Wisconsin local media is actually covering Judge Dugan's trial objectively.

A key prosecution witness was a fellow Democrat Judge whom Dugan tried to enlist in the plan to help the illegal alien escape from ICE.

Judge Kristela Cevera testified that she figured out what Judge Dugan was doing and that she did not want to participate with Judge Dugan, because "judges should not be helping defendants escape law enforcement."

This testimony from her fellow judge should defeat any claim that Judge Dugan didn't intend to obstruct the Feds in apprehending the illegal alien.

You know she isn't going to jail. Even if found guilty, she will get probation at worst.

You or I would go to prison, but she will not.

We all know how this works.

Here's a bio on Judge Kristela Cevera... pretty cool, considering!

For me, it just is not a very interesting case, because it seems so clear-cut that she broke the law.

If the jury acquits her, I will likely see that as an equally clear-cut case of jury nullification.

This place loves jury nullification, so I’m sure everyone will be fine with that.

Prosecutors also played audio of Dugan discussing the plan to help the illegal alien evade ICE. In that recording, Dugan says "I will take the heat."

Again, she was aware she was breaking the law. Even with a Democrat-appointed Judge (who denied Dugan's motion to dismiss) and a Milwaukee (and suburbs) jury, I think Dugan will be convicted.

I agree with that. It was just entertaining to see Leftist commentators try to argue that she had NOT broken the law, and this was just "TRUMP IS A DICTATOR!" Would be even more entertaining to see them attack a Milwaukee jury as being MAGAts.

From what I saw her defense is that she was acting on a courthouse memo that forbade ICE from detaining anyone in the courthouse.

Now... let's look at that:
- She drafted the memo!
- appears she may have drafted it after the incident and tried to fake the date

But, that gives you a window into the mind of these Black Robes mindset and why lawfare is indeed real.

So her memo, in her mind, supersedes all other laws, norms, and cooperation agreements.

So it starts with this is MY courtroom, my rules are the law.
Then it becomes this is MY courthouse, my rules are the law.
Then it becomes this is MY city, my rules are the law.
Then it becomes this is MY district/county, my rules are the law.
Then it becomes this is MY state, my rules are the law.
Then it becomes this is MY country, my rules are the law.
Then it becomes this is MY international waters, my rules are the law.

The conviction itself would be a big victory for the good guys.

It is beyond time for judges to be help accountable.

I’ve been following this case but I’m still trying to understand the alleged criminal act better. Is it that she instructed or otherwise allowed the person to leave via a side door? The side door that exits to the hall next to where ICE agents were stationed?

Every big-city courthouse that I have seen has a maze of non-public hallways that allow court personnel to move about the building without interacting with the public.

Apparently, she realized that ICE was waiting in the public corridor outside her courtroom to arrest Flores, so she allowed Flores and his counsel to exit via that maze of non-public corridors (to which ICE did not have access).

I thought she escorted them to the side door?
