TMZ and other outlets reporting

GOAT tier. Did he ever duck anyone?

There was a recent thread about him and we talked for a moment about his dismantling of Errol Spence Jr (28-0 at the time). You don’t often see a world class boxer get completely outclassed but we saw it that night.

Could be. I know Crawford met with Warren Buffett after he won his first championship and discussed how to invest his money. If Crawford listened to whatever Buffett told him he should be more than fine.

I would like to think it's for real. What does he have left to prove? He's undefeated and a multiple weight division champion who's collected belts like some people collect baseball cards.

Add to that he's now 38 and that's normally the downside of a boxer's career.

His net worth is estimated at around $30 million, so that should be way more than enough to see out his lifetime. He doesn't come of like many athletes who piss money away like it's going to keep coming in forever.

Crawford has two sisters, Latisha and Shawntay.[283] He has been in a relationship with Alindra Person since the early 2000s. They first met in their hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, and have six children together.[284] Crawford also has another child with another woman.[285]

Crawford reportedly boasts a large real estate portfolio consisting of over 100 properties in Missouri, Colorado, and Nebraska.[286] As of 2025, he has earned more than $100 million in the ring, brings in at least $2 million annually from brand partnerships, and his real estate holdings are valued at over $20 million.[287]

Yea that was us talking about it. Just an absolute masterclass.

Don't think he has anything to prove but kind of sad he's walking away, there aren't many big names or draws in boxing right now and he really was just getting to the point where he would get the insane paydays.

For the Alvarez fight, Canelo got over 100 million, Crawford got 10 million. Kind of wild.

This and the Canelo fight really opened people’s eyes on how great Crawford really is. The two best boxers he stepped in the ring with and he made it look easy.

Hope he enjoys his retirement. He's a junk yard dog and my favorite boxer since Roy Jones Jr.

Smart move. Walk away with a perfect record. Ans can still function. Nothing left to prove.

Helluva fighter. Fantasy fights, I would love to see him matched with Hearns or Hagler.
