I do not follow either woman, so I'm curious what set them off?

Well Erika's husband was assassinated and Owens has blamed it on the Jews, the organization her husband founded, and joke that TPUSA/Erika might have her killed too

100%.
There are some old videos and you can see the gaze in Candace's eyes as she watched Charlie speak. She had a crush on Charlie. It was obvious IMO.
Candace was ready for the next level in the relationship and it's apparent Charlie wanted to keep it at the friends level.

how do you know this? did you see the full video of him taking the shot that nobody else in the general public has? did the suspect call you to confess? if so, why did he disassemble the rifle on top of the building then reassemble in the woods?
