i do too but i think what happens is insurance companies and people who pay their bills pay for their care. The costs are inflated to recoup what the illegals and non bill paying americans don't pay.

Play on words? They were very clear that "undocumented" immigrants were not getting these benefits. A few even made a statement in the lines of "undocumented" were not getting payments from these entities.

One of the biggest frauds that were uncovered was the fact that there were/are a large number of illegal immigrants that have received stolen documents and are using those documents in order to obtain these benefits. And of course, Medicare/Medicaid do not pay the illegal immigrant directly.
