You know how national media will speculate on something because they have absolutely no idea what’s going on locally?
That’s essentially what you are doing right now. The guy who covers Michigan for the Detroit Free Press reported last week that it absolutely won’t be Kelly because the Michigan administration actively dislikes him.

You are going to hear Kelly's name pop up for multiple jobs. He has a responsibility to seek employment, so his agent will do enough to get his name out there so it seems like he's looking.
Whenever you hear him settle with LSU on a buyout, thats when he is actually looking, or found what he will take. Until then its all to give an illusion he is actively searching.

Not obsessed with him at all. Honestly don’t care. Just want him off the pay roll. You wouldn’t understand being a Tulane fan. You don’t fire coaches for mediocrity. You get your coaches stolen when they do anything good.

I hope BK gets a job quick if that means LSU can stop paying this clown. But honestly who would hire Brian Kelly, dude is a fraud of a coach. His LSU failure should put his coaching career dead.

They didn't fire him because of an affair. They fired him because he was having an affair with a subordinate. A real estate agent would have been fair game.

His arse should be eliminated for cause. He's lucky LSU didn't want to drag this out legally because they needed their new coach immediately. A pending lawsuit would've made them look bad. Bet you any amount of money they had something to fire him for cause on in his contract which is why they initially pushed that position take a buyout or make us and you look bad. He won because they needed Lane now and avoided the PR storm.
His should've ended up with a clause in his contract for laziness to be fired on cause by itself.
Never underestimate the level of corruption this state has. They have dirt on all their coaches. O and Les were not stupid enough to fight it. Don't be surprised if they try to clip BK's nuts off later down the line when this settles down.
