I sat in the top row of the a 600 section this year for a game and enjoyed the viewing experience despite the distance from the field. Was wondering others opinions on the best places to watch the game from.

It depends what you want. If its the best view of the game, then its impossible to beat the upper decks. If you want the best atmosphere, its the north end zone.

I personally like the upper chair backs. Comfortable and the concessions/bathrooms seem less crowded than the lower bowl.

First row of tiger terrace on the 35 yard lined on the home side. Close to student section and band so you get the atmosphere, unobstructed view but not to high or far away. Tiger terrace only has like 4-5 rows I think so it’s not crowded. Best spot IMO

I have chairbacks in section 617 really like them. As far as I am concerned, the best seats in the stadium are Tiger Terrace seats in the front of the west upper around mid-field.

We have chair backs in the first few rows of 617. Nice view around the 30 yard line and close enough to the north end zone to hear the band (when piped music isn’t blaring). Aisle seats for quick access to concessions and restrooms.

Season ticket holder for 40 years. North End Zone is awesome. Close to the band. Close to the field. Easy in and easy out to portals. Wouldn’t trade them for anything!

Second generation NEZ resident. My family has had seats there since 1968. The effect of the sound system on quality of life in the NEZ can't be overemphasized. The powers that be in their wisdom decided one set of speakers would suffice for the entire stadium, so citizens of the north end of the stadium are assaulted with ear splitting noise so that the rest of the stadium can hear. It's orders of magnitude louder than anything the crowd can produce organically. I suspect it's loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage and I even wonder how the vibrations affect the structural integrity of the 100 year old stadium. Hearing protection is of limited benefit because the noise comes in through your bones.

The piped in music wouldn't be nearly as unbearable if it were at a reasonable volume. I'm just venting, I've complained and the administration, for whatever reason, has decided they want it that way.

I'm willing to and have put up with the traffic, the prices, the mediocre concessions. But the sound system is the one thing that's making me consider letting go of my tickets.

Season ticket holder for 60+ years (the first 40 my parents). 35 yard line, east side, about 2/3 of the way up the lower bowl. Brutal for afternoon games in September. Great seats otherwise.

I moved into west stadium club this year. Heat was too much. Prior to that we were in EBL3. Loved them. Right height and clear view. You are close to the visitors section, but the view vs. cost is top notch. If you can get them, do it.

That’s my favorite. 50yd line, chair back, upper deck, as low in the upper deck as possible.

They are fixing the music issue. They received thousands of negative responses. It was noticeably different for the Western Kentucky game.
