Dejounte Murray Update?

It's been really quiet on his recovery progress. Has anyone heard any updates on how he is progressing and possible return date? Early estimated dates to return were beginning of January to possibly February. There were videos circulating of him dunking back in August and he seemed to be moving pretty well after a major injury. Hopefully there was no setback that we are unaware of.

You will probably start to hear that he was able to start getting non-contact work to 3 on 3 work, mid to late December

Murray will be back right around the new year IMO.

I’m interested to see Murray with this team. A Murray/Fears/Herb/Trey/Queen lineup would be fun to watch. I really hope he looks good, we need to rebuild his value and trade him cuz his contract is a lot of dead weight right now.
I would not bring Zion back at all. I don’t see any upside. He gets in the way of Queen and a couple good games from Zion before the deadline isn’t going to change his value to the rest of the league. Trade him at the deadline if there is any decent offer or cut him in the offseason.

It will likely take the entirety of this season before he starts to look even close to up to speed.

The issue is and was always Green. No one wanted to play for him.
