I mean did they expect two people suspected of having an affair to tell them?

How do you not stop the affair at that point? Smh.

Once again, as has been repeated here ad nauseam, "it" is undefeated.

The only reason the story changed is that Michigan saw he was overmatched as a head coach this season. They waited until he had a bad season, and until after signing day, to act.

Despicable school and athletic department.

Allowing the coach to have a cute young assistant was a big mistake. They should have insisted on a 50 something matron.

And also after little old Indiana beat Ohio State a week after.

Michigan sweeping things under the rug? I’m absolutely shocked!

And then waiting until after early signing day to make the move? I just can’t believe it!

I mean, who cares if he is having an affair?

It's shitty from a moral standpoint, but if she's of-age, who gives a frick if he's fricking a co-worker? If I had to guess, an overwhelming majority of college coaches have a sidepiece.

When she, allegedly, gets pregnant and he is trying to physically harm everyone involved, that's when the school has to step in.

He was banging a subordinate and was likely in charge of her compensation and reviews. Can’t do that.

This is the correct take.

Firing someone for cause based on hearsay of an affair isn't going to hold up, even if everyone knows. These situations almost all end up in court. Mel Tucker, Sark, Pitino ect.

Idk where you work, but it’s typically frowned upon for married leadership to impregnate their subordinates.

Yeah, screwing your assistant would in no way open the school up to any potential lawsuits or anything. Right?

Both said, "No how and no way" anything was happening between them, which didn't give UM much to go on.

Her account flipped yesterday morning

Did she get paid to flip her account of their relationship or had Moore called things, told her he was not leaving his wife while maybe starting to pressure her to abort?

Because when the boss is fricking his employees, it clouds his judgment. Exhibit A being the nearly 60% raise he gave her for no apparent reason.

I admittedly don't know much about the details of ol' girl. When you say subordinate, like was she actively working under him in football ops(no pun intended)? Or was she a "subordinate" in the sense she worked in the Michigan athletic department but not necessarily with the football team?

If it's the former, then yeah, that can't happen.

When you work for a public entity it’s more than frowned opinion. It’s explicitly against the code of conduct. And that’s before we even consider he gave here a 50% raise

So you think it’s none of a company’s business if their leadership is having sex with someone they manage?
