I aways thought it was typical horse shite people fall for, but it seems there's scientific evidence backing it up for stimulating cells . Anyone have suggestions on products they use? And wife says they have blue therapy now too.

Just double your dosage of Ozempic. It will fix everything.

I haven't looked into it, but I know people here swear by it. Some have made their own red LED units at home.

Yeha yeah blah blah blah-save it for that thread you two.
I'm being serious. I don; t believe in it either, but I glanced at a couple of studies that say it's legit.

Just do sunlight therapy for 15 to 30 minutes per day

It’s all natural and gives you the whole spectrum including all of the visible wavelengths.

I was going to ask the same, but that guy flies off the handle every time I respond to him. He’s as crotchety as Rogertheshrubber.

I spent the winters of 1979, 1980, and 1981 in St. Paul Minnesota. it was fun, interesting and quite the experience. It is probably the reason I’m back in Louisiana.

Been doing it for a couple months three times a week. The place I go puts a portable 650 nanometer light inside a dry sauna that already has smaller red light applications. Yes it works (for me)! I go after heavy workouts. Sauna lasts 45 minutes, portable redlight unit is on for 30 minutes. Extra $12 added to the sauna session. Definitely see improvement in joint, muscle and inflammation recovery. Also doing a collagen coctail before I go, which red light kicks off as a side benefit. Skin, hair and energy improvements as well. Didn't believe it would do all that up front but it works for me. Saw real results after a couple weeks (3x/wk).

Feelings? What feelings? The only feelings I have are pity for you for being so stupid and watching you pathetically try to show you aren;t, when someone like me calls you out on your bullshite.

This doesn’t mean what you thinks it means.

I wasn’t aware of any cognitive side effects of your fat shots but they may need to test you
