How do they catch fish? I've yet to see even a simple Peanuts rod and reel on board these fishing vessels.

We are eliminating problems. This cannot be denied. Those drugs under water were going to create more problems.Maybe our problems or other countries problems. But interdiction is a part of fighting illegal products and illegal people. Maybe its a drop in a bucket but I'm not for letting them own the high seas and do as they please.
