It was always going to have a tough run with the competition in that area
For some reason the concrete around there was god awful with massive holes and constant construction

I enjoy Arby's but everytime I drive past one, its an empty lot. Im not sure how much longer the brand will be around.

Is this the same issue Bucees is having in Lafayette. I thought I read where they have had to push time frame back to bring in more dirt.

I love Arby’s and have stopped at this location a few times over the past few months and no workers would ever answer at the drive thru or come to the window, doors always locked. Pretty sure it’s been closed longer than they are admitting

It's a top 3 FF stop for me for certain. I'm a happy fatty when I get the biggest roast beef sandwich they have and slather it in horsey sauce and arbys sauce.
