U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said the DOJ may not use information pertaining to Daniel Richman.
"Upon consideration of Petitioner Daniel Richman’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, the relevant legal authority, and the entire present record, the Court concludes that Petitioner Richman is entitled to a narrow temporary restraining order to preserve the status quo while the Court evaluates his Motion for Return of Property and awaits full briefing and argument from the parties," the ruling reads.

This isn't really a big deal right now. The prosecution is on hold anyway. The hearing on this issue will likely be held before the prosecution resumes in earnest, due to the other pending motions filed.
Now if the judge ultimately excluded that evidence, it will be an impactful story/event

This particular Judge is an extreme radical. This is not surprising.

The judge, whether a man or a woman are mostly all cabal govt establishment players. Comey's wife is probably godmother to the Judges neighbor's mothers monkey's uncle. They go to the country club and Brooking's Institute for flings and happy gay adventures. Comey's journo friend was given a special temp FBI badge to get OMB.

That is some straight up evil right there. Holy cow. This judge needs to be removed from the bench. Judges having no fear of removal is not a good thing.
Anyone know if this lady survived her sentence or Trump pardoned her?

LOL and people think the judicial system ain't left leaning, it aint gonna stop until some of these judges are called in front of congress and punished for their blatant corruption.

This is critical, he was specifically engaged to provide Comey an "arms length" removal from the dirty deeds.
Sounds like the judge fully knows this, thus hands off any real evidence.
