That’ll be $500k here in Austin and that’s with prices crashing down. Two years ago, it would’ve been $700k+

never used my tub. wish I had an outlet above it. my outlet is to the left of my sink with no counter space to put my appliances when plugged in unless I drape the cords over the sink. tub side of the counter has tons of counter space, but i'm guessing it's against code.
