Mizzou DC Corey Batton was Lane Kiffin’s DC at Florida Atlantic. Mizzou Defensive efficiency past two years — 23 and 18. Baker’s Mizzou’s D efficiency his last two years — 24, 18.
Just a name ti keep in mind.

Does he run a similar scheme as Baker?

The last Mizzou DC worked out pretty good for us.

I like the aggressive blitzing style Baker had, hope we bring someone else in like that, if we have to

Looks like he runs a 4-2-5, and is known for being aggressive, numbers say he’d be a really good replacement

He had 1 lockdown 1st rd pick corner and another really good one with some stud safeties. Hope the next guy has that type of talent to work.

yes, Missouri is our Defensive coaching development affiliate and OM is our D-League for offensive coaches.

They are everybody’s feeder program. Mizzou is where you go to get your feet wet in the SEC.

I love how Missouri and Ole Miss have officially become LSU’s feeder schools where our coaches are raised.

It would follow the Baker hire. Mizzou would despise us taking their DC 2 straight seasons! I still hope Baker has a change of heart and stays because it keeps the staff intact and with an offense with an actual pulse Blake can pin his defenses ears back even more and get after the QB. Unfortunately to be the coach at his alma mater will just be too much unless LSU tops Tulane’s offer by at least $750K a year and more like $1-1.2 mil more.

LaAllen Clark is a name to watch for to get People’s spot. Texas is big on him as a coach and recruiter.
