stir fry with marinated skirt steak and big pile of mixed vegetables. Really tasty. Love this new range with the open burners the wok gets screaming hot

Defrosted some smoked brisket, chopped it up with BBQ sauce, rolled that in flour tortillas and fried in the air fryer. Homemade version of TJ Ribs' Chimichanga appetizer (which are the bomb).

Dinner salad with bleu cheese dressing, pan sautéed trout with a crawfish cream sauce, garlic whipped potatoes and green beans. Roux and Brew in Ponchatoula. :)
