Theo Von and Lane Kiffin interview

Theo has a lot of interview time with Lane. This one is pretty interesting. Only 15 minutes. Talks about USC and how 60% of the campus didn’t even know who he was. The difference in the SEC. How he took the job at Ole Piss for the challenge. How he didn’t want to go somewhere that always won bc it wasn’t a challenge. Haha oh how the tables have turned. Watch it if you have 15 minutes which we all know you gonna spend more time than that on here anyway. Another video I saw was Theo talking about how he did yoga with Lane and in the middle he walked up to him and put a peppermint in his mouth. Wtf. Haha anyway this was from 7 months ago apparently. Just getting to know our coach a little better from our own Covington LA guy Theo Von.

Theo has at least 4 SEC teams he roots for.

Lane talks about going back to Tennessee and had 100k people hating on him and saying they effed his wife and he loved it. Just wait till our sec opener next year. It will be worse.

Yep, really weird play by him between the Vanderbilt/Pavia stuff and Ole Miss this year. Not sure who he’s even trying to appeal to there. The people who like him at those schools already like him and he just comes across as a Drake sidewalk fan clout chaser to everybody else jumping from SEC team to SEC team trying to be a part of it

Woah. I didn't realize that he was from Covington, or that his brother owned Tipitinas.
The interview was interesting.

Yeah podcast is old and lasts over an hour (not 15 mins). Still worth a watch/listen. Maybe that clip is highlights.
I used to see him almost every day at the LSU Rec during same time period his Road Rules season was airing. He was jacked. Clearly juiced at the time.
I mistakingly thought he “looked” like a dick, but he’d always do a chin up acknowledge and say “wassup dude?” I kinda wish I would have got to know him.

Theo has no loyalty to anyone or anything.
Probably better for his career that way.

I don't think that has anything to do with it. Not everyone's life revolves around their alma mater's football team.

Nah you are correct, but a little loyalty to your home state and its teams usually makes sense for most men.
Unless you are just a grifter and or comedian that wants to pose as being friends with everyone.

Theo’s a punk. Hopefully he doesn’t come to our games.

Met him once after road rules in BR. He was cool dude. Just fun to talk to. Fame changes everyone a little.

I had a roommate in college, who went to HS w/Theo. We started hanging out, at LSU, for a couple of yrs. When he came back, from filming Road Rules, we threw a huge party at The Commons. I have no idea how it didn’t get shut down/ cops called! He was always a laid back guy, and pretty friendly to everyone. We’d play basketball, at the Rec several times a week, and there used to be an old guy that would play pretty much daily. Everyone called him “Chief.”
