So what happens when people report him and other people who work for the California DOJ as being ICE agents? Will they have to investigate themselves? 
And what, specifically, will they be prosecuting ICE agents for? The federal government has primacy in immigration matters and illegals don't have the same level of 4th Amendment rights as citizens.
