Article, unsure if pay wall
I smiled at this. It largely details the "journey" of the search, including some quotes from Verge and-- for me--previously unknown attempts by Florida State to make a move on Kiffin.
Edit: it's a long article, and there's definitely some butt hurt. But there's also some noting that Lane did want to finish the season with Ole Miss. What is clear is that none of this is really anyone's fault--Lane's, LSU's, or Ole Miss. The problem is lack of NFL like rules on hiring coaches.

I don't know where our plane trackers come from. Maybe some of our posters pull from other places, or post in simultaneous places.
In any case, I take that line from the article to refer to multiple sites, including but not limited to TD. It's also hard to believe some of these people/media don't check the rant, so I kind of believe because I chose to believe lol. After all, I doubt the article writer would say "I read that ish on tigerdroppings.com lololol the situation was fluid bro." It's fun to imagine.
