I swear people can listen to the same thing and hear something different. Moscona said he received a media message about inviting people to Deuce's signing with LSU. So naturally the initial thought is that he's going to sign. Obviously something changed which is what happens during signing day.
I listen to Moscona from time to time. I don't always agree with his stances on things, the way he talks to people like he knows it all (which is aggravating) when he's definitely gotten things wrong. He sometimes does set himself up to still be right and "I told you so". Despite that, when he says something, there are people skew his words or don't repeat them how they hear it. Context does matter.
