I'm looking for Christmas gift ideas this season--whether it be for your lady, parents, siblings or friends. I just need ideas, work and this roller coaster coaching cycle has drained the brain.

What are the best gifts you have received, given, or still want?

For guys who cook, high heat gloves, a good knife, multi probe wireless meat thermometer

For boys, a red Ryder BB gun and an eyepatch.

For girls, I don't know...cotton balls and string or something.

And women love a good vacuum cleaner.

Did that, doesn't really provide great ideas. More looking for useful gifts/things that last, and so forth.

You'd have to be more specific to get really good ideas???????. I'm shopping for college students and a husband - not sure my suggestions in those categories would be helpful. Parents, we typically do interest specific gifts. If they love cooking, playing golf, going out to dinner, gardening, etc. that's what we shop for. Event tickets are my favorite thing to give

I'm getting my chick a Solo Stove. I'm getting her teenager a Big Ben alarm clock (there have been repeated recent incidents of oversleeping and missing church or paid for events) and The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged. 90% of my shopping was done in October.

I asked my kids for better grades. I asked them for their favorite pictures of themselves from that year so I could put on my fridge, but that was a bridge too far.

I second the meat thermometer. If they do a lost of cast iron cooking, check out Mannkitchen's spatulas. They're sharp, and perfect for keeping the fond on the meat, getting a clean scrap on pancakes, chopping cheesesteaks, etc.

You don’t know a gift to get your family because LSU needed a new football coach?

How pathetic

You know, I just thought of a great gift almost everyone could enjoy.

For Mingo's hands to be shoved into a garbage disposal and his WiFi router set on fire.

If they have an espresso machine get them a tamping mat. Saves countertop.

TBH, I’m about to buy a Big Ben alarm clock. God, I hate the noise it makes. But there has been times my iPhone 26 alarm didn’t sound. Never had an issue with my 8. Now I use both my iPhone and iPad alarms staggered by 10 min. iPad hasn’t failed.
