Give me a break. Hires people and doesn't allow them to do their job. The new GM literally just had to wait until the season was already lost before Gayle allowed him to fire the coach. The new GM had to keep a bum coach around because the owner liked that he was a good Christian. Not to mention that same GM she wouldn't allow to fire a coach was hired with no job search and was hired off the buddy system.
