I like Pete Hegseth and hope he survives but this latest military dust up seems to have some traction. Trump has done a good job standing by his people but with the mid terms looming is he going to have to cut Pete loose?

Why would he be cooked? I love having Pete in charge. So do the troops.

Hitting equipment twice was never a problem when I was in the army.

No but I like what he is cookin, and judging from the blowback he must really be rustling the feathers of that dei, mic infested organization.

I wish he would announce a huge joint venture with Palmer Luckey's firm and really get the mic jimmied.

When I was at Ft. Leonard Wood I got the opportunity to train on the 50.

I fired that sucker at a sheet of 1 inch thick sheet of steel about 1/3 of a mile away until it started to melt.

The sergeants in charge thought it was cool.

The dems are all upset because this puts a dent in their drug supply and making the price go up.

Nope, but he’s cookin!

No more fatass Secretaries of War simping for the commies. Hegseth is doing a great job rooting out the trannies (I can’t believe this was a thing in our military), and forging a battle ready military. Anyone hand-wringing over Hegseth is a fig.

There hasn’t been a better fit for the position in our lifetime.

If the kitchen gets too hot for Trump, yes.

A half sunk boat is a threat to navigation. The job needed to be finished.

Obama droned an American citizen and nobody blinked an eye.

Didnt the NYT of all papers completely debunk the WaPo hit piece you are referring to yesterday?

You may like the persona he projects, but he is and always has been unqualified for the job. He has no known expertise or experience with geopolitical defense strategy.
The job is much more than dealing with DEI or policing facial hair and body weight…

Exactly. If he needs to be sacrificed, he will be.

So you’d rather career political appointees work with MIC to burn money and get in wars?

Pete is probably safe, but looks like Bradley will be scapegoated
