Fowler has always been better than Rece Davis.
Davis is a Bama homer who hates LSU.
I’ll never forget 2015 when LSU was considering firing Les Miles and Rece Davis was talking down to LSU and saying “Why fire Miles? who do you think you can get?! You’re not a blue blood”.

Fowler is one of the best in the industry. He will call it with rationale, positive critique, respectful disagreement and empathy towards both sides. Thats what one would call good journalism. Davis is a clown.

I always liked Chris Fowler. He didn’t even say anything glowingly there about LSU. He was just mild mannered and even keel discussion about what just transpired and the future.
Rece Davis can eat a turd . College Gameday took massive dive when that switch happened.
He liked “the Hat” because he had no actual respect for Les Miles. He can eat shite. frick Bama . They’re all scared now.

I couldn't help but laugh during Gameday when Rece argued that Lane could have a statue built at Ole Miss if he stayed, but then said something like, "there will be other big jobs."
Basically, Rece never really gave a shite if Lane left Ole Miss. He just didn't want him to leave for LSU.
