I believe there were reports that Darby was on flip watch for a little bit. As soon as he saw that Kiffin was the hire he shut his recruitment down. Smart man!

Martinez flipping to Texas is a very real concern.
Sounds like it was for sure happening if we hired anyone but Lane. With Lane I think we still have a shot but he’d be playing for a new ol coach who he has no relationship with.
