Can't run the ball. Bad group of receivers. Moving from Pickens to DK has not gone well.

Defense is near the bottom of the league in yards allowed.

They've lost 5 out of 7 and Aaron is beat to shite. Rudolph sucks.

Yesterday the offense got booed. Renegade got booed. Fire Tomlin chants were heard.

They are tied with the Ravens for first in the division though with two games against Baltimore upcoming so Tomlin could eek out another winning season or it could continue to go south.

Either way things look old and stale. The roster has definitely deteriorated.

I got shite on when they lost to the Bengals for suggesting it was time to have a Tomlin conversation because they were 4-2 and leading the division.

Now they’re 6-6 and I think they’ll be favored in one game they have remaining and likely miss the playoffs. The game has passed Tomlin by. Retread quarterbacks and coordinators like Arthur Smith arent going to get it done

They went into Roethlisberger's final years without a potential QB1 like many teams have ready. Can't fix the problem by picking up some other team's trash. Rudolph isn't good, Russ was a dud, and now you got AARP-Ron out there.

The only positive for how they remain competitive in-division is because all four teams are having mediocre seasons.

They made the same mistake the Saints did after Big Ben retired but doubled down instead of trying to rebuild. Painful years are ahead for them.

The primary reason defensive yards allowed is at the bottom of the league is because their offensive time of possession is last in the league.

The defensive is at the league average in terms of yards per carry allowed, and average in terms of passing efficiency allowed.

Heyward looked like the biggest fricking bitch of a defensive tackle ever after the game yesterday in his post game. No wonder that defense is soft as charmin

They should have blown it up after 2020 but Tomlin is too good a coach for the bottom to completely fall out.

Agreed, as a lifelong Steelers fan, I am ready for Rodgers and the rest of the crew to go somewhere else. Just bad all around.

Steelers were in the bottom ten for offense and defense several weeks ago. Hardly requires someone to watch a media show to realize it's a shitshow there.

Late stage Ben was pitiful. He looked like 1973 Willie Mays.

It's been a decade plus of wash, rinse and repeat for the Steelers. It's been well past time for them to move on from Tomlin. Whether you believe he's a great coach or Mediocre Mike you can't deny that things have gone stale.

I've always been in the camp that much of his success came when he got the job he was handed a roster with Hall of Fame quality players and coaches and once they were gone the same level of success wasn't maintained.

One of the requirements when he was hired were that Bruce Arians and Dick LeBeau and the rest stay on staff until he get things going on his own. He didn't like LeBeau's defense and Bruce Arians was too strong of a personality for him and were both gone shortly after the 2010 season. Once the players of that era filtered out and the original coaching staff was gone, they've won 3 playoff games since. With 2 of the 3 playoff wins playing against teams starting backups.

Kevin Colbert deserves a good deal of the blame as well. He pretty much had nothing but misses in his final five draft classes before he retired. To Colbert's credit, he did build some very strong rosters in the mid 2010's. Unfortunately, Tomlin was out-coached several times those seasons and they didn't end up going anywhere.

Now they are stuck with a staff that the game has passed, an unbelievably expensive defense that's underperforming and a revolving door of retread and just plain bad QB's.

It's time to suck it up and start a ground up rebuild.

Haven’t won a playoff game since 2016

And if they don't win one this year, which is likely, it'll be only 3 playoff wins in 15 seasons. Those three wins came against the following QB's... Alex Smith, Matt Moore and A.J. McCarron.

The only positive about the team right now is they have some solid young talent on the lines (mainly on the offensive side).

And assuming they don’t turn the season around, which I highly doubt they do, I’m getting more confident that they finally move on from Tomlin.
