Doesn’t Lane run the offense in reality?

Did you see our offense this year? Eternal optimism with any change.

I like what he and Lane were doing at OM. Lane didn’t look that involved during play, so I suppose that’s all Charlie

Lane is developing Weiss. There is no other way to say it. He seems satisfied with his progress and will inject himself in the play calling when he sees fit.

It’s Lane’s offense. Weiss will be a great set of eyes for him in the booth.

There are multiple articles about it.

Weis is major play caller but kiffin steps in and calls some in certain occasions of when he deems fit

I'm not too concerned about the offensive staff. I'm curious to see how the defensive staff shakes out especially if Baker leaves for Tulane. He mentioned before our game he was jealous of our DBs, so hopefully that means Raymond will stay at least.

I trust Lane with whatever he wants with the offense.

lane is the OC. weiss is the dummy OC. lane can take a break when he feels like it then veto or start calling plays at anytime.

I think the coaching profession is a brotherhood and they try to develop younger guys to take over. They are being good stewards to the profession and the game of football

Not questioning him really, but Lane seems to gwt all the credit for the offense. And on another thread, someone mentioned he wouldn’t be considered for OM HC because he wasn’t liked.

I know nothing about him really. Just asking for some insight.

Calm your tits.

How about we let the man arrive on campus go through spring practice then fall practice and coach a game at LSU before we start judging him?
